Haswell added any new features to ultrabooks?

Another addition that Intel says is Haswell will help the device boot from sleep faster (under 3 seconds). Should I buy a PC with a Haswell chip?
If you are in need of a thin, light ultrabook or tablet with good battery life, Haswell is worth the wait. However, with mainstream laptops, you should consider carefully. The performance increase from Ivy Bridge to Haswell will not be sudden, and the old Core i chips also give good enough performance for your work.
Price
Of course, depending on the strength and weakness of the chip, the price of the device will be different. Intel says that ultrabooks, tablets, and hybrids using dual-core Haswell chips can be as low as $399 during the holiday shopping season. As for the same device, upgrading to Haswell from Ivy Bridge should not make much difference in price. Also, after Intel introduces the Bay Trail chip to the market, the price of Haswell will drop. Laptops and tablets with Bay Trail chips will cost even $199 to $299 for the touch version.
Is there a small Windows tablet using Haswell chip?
This will hardly be the case because Haswell is geared towards large devices. Some Microsoft partners are preparing to launch Windows tablets with small sizes, from 7 to 8 inches.
