Open the Covid PC app, select Health declaration.

Choose Declare domestic movement.

Fill in the information about the place of departure, destination, vehicle number plate, etc.

Choose Submit declaration.

Step 1: Open the Covid PC app, select Health declaration.

Step 2: Choose Declare domestic movement.

If you want to declare domestic movement for others, select Others > Select Declare for.

If you want to declare domestic movement for someone else, select For other people > Select Claim for

Step 3: Section Information about movingselect the means of transport that you travel by plane, passenger car, train or boat, then enter the vehicle's number plate in the field. Vehicle number and enter the departure date.
