From September 23, 2020, ShopeeFood officially launched the Shopee Express Sameday service (Delivery on the same day). Drivers please note the following information!
WHAT IS SHOPEE EXPRESS SAMEDAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

Similar to the Single Pairing Feature (refer to here), Shopee Express Sameday service allows Drivers to fulfill more orders with just one receipt on the App. The whole process of receiving and delivering will take place in up to 4 hours on the same day according to the optimal route of Shopee Express Sameday orders.
The driver will receive a Shopee Express Sameday order when there is NO application in progress. And vice versa, while making a Shopee Express Sameday order, the Driver will NOT receive any other orders.
The shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system based on the total optimal route of the pick-up and delivery points in the Shopee Express Sameday order. Shipping fee, bonus points, tips and parking fee (if any) will be added to Driver's Wallet as soon as Driver has completed all forms in Shopee Express Sameday application.
STEPS TO IMPLEMENT SHOPEE EXPRESS SAMEDAY
- Receive order
The Shopee Express Sameday order receipt screen will display some information Drivers need to pay attention to as shown. The driver can click View application details to see the detailed route before receiving the application. If the order is suitable, the driver clicks RECEIVE ORDER to confirm and start executing the order. The application will display a message confirming the successful receipt of the order, the driver clicks Understood to review the order fulfillment route.
* Note: For the application that is prioritized by the system to the Driver, the time to press GET APPLICATION is 60 seconds. If the Driver does not click during this period, it will be counted as skipping 01 order (recorded in the Service performance section). Therefore, drivers should pay attention when receiving priority orders!

Before moving to the pickup point, click directly on the WORKING order interface to view order details:
- Travel route including the places that need to be done in order and have been automatically arranged from the system to ensure the most convenience for the Driver during the order fulfillment process.
- Icon is an indication of orders that are on the route but have not yet been fulfilled (orders that the driver has not clicked to view).
- Click GO TO CURRENT STEP to view the details of the in-progress order and proceed with the collection.
2. Pick Up and Delivery
The driver takes turns to pick up and deliver the goods to the recipient's location in the order arranged on the application.
After successful pickup/delivery, the Driver swipes TO GET ORDER (or DELIVERY) to change the status of the order, then let the Sender/Recipient sign and take a picture of the package with the Take Photo Now button. on the app.
After each completed step in the route, the App will display the message “You have completed the th step …” (steps taken will be hidden in gray). The driver clicks Continue to see the remaining pick up or delivery points to complete in the Shopee Express Sameday application.
In case the System/Customer cancels the order, a notification will be displayed on the screen, the Driver clicks on Check Order to know the next travel route for the remaining orders.

Once all the applications have been completed according to the routes, the App will display a confirmation message. To review the income details of the entire Shopee Express Sameday application, Drivers can go to Income> select Income by application.
SOME NOTES WHEN MAKING ORDER Shopee Express Sameday
If due to force majeure, the Shopee Express Sameday application must be refused after being received, the Driver should note that the correct order must be refused according to the following instructions:

The service performance of the Driver when pressing refuse at the total application will be counted as a refusal corresponding to the total number of orders in progress.
For Shopee Express Sameday orders with a single quantity of 4 or more orders, when the Driver presses reject all orders, the application may be locked until 24:00 on the same day. Therefore, the Driver should consider carefully before deciding to refuse.
In case of failure to deliver the goods to the recipient, the Driver please select Return to send the goods back to the Sender or to the Company. Return fee will be displayed on the screen, Driver please read carefully the instructions on the order to receive the shipping fee back.
- The return of goods to the Company or the Sender will be flexibly done by the Driver to ensure the delivery time of the remaining orders and must be returned before 21 o'clock on the day of receipt of the order.
- The return process of Shopee Express Sameday orders is similar to the return processing of Shopee Express Instant orders. (Drivers refer to the return procedure here).
