Payoneer card is back to normal

After a few days of notice of Payoneer card freeze, good news has finally come to our customers Payoneer. Now, the international payment card Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard can be used normally.

Here is the text of the notice that Payoneer sent to its customers:

We are pleased to inform you that FCA has completed their audit and has lifted the freeze on your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card. We know that this is a really, really hard time for you. We appreciate and greatly appreciate your patience and support as we strive to find all ways to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I access the money on my card?

Yes, you can withdraw money on your card from an ATM or shop online and in store. While you may want to make a quick withdrawal, FCA has assured us that the audit has been successfully completed and that no further problems may arise.

From Monday, July 6, 2020, you will again be able to withdraw funds to your local bank account and use your balance to make payments. Until then, we will waive the ATM withdrawal fee.

Can I use my card to receive new payments?

You will continue to receive all future payments to your Payoneer currency balance, not to your card. While the FCA has announced that the tokens are safe to use, we will soon make available a new card issuer to ensure the long-term security of our earnings. friend.

Can I request a new card?

We will contact you as soon as we have a new card solution.
