Due to a problem on the part of the partner providing Wirecard card being used at Payoneer, all Payoneer cards are frozen, unable to use the balance in the card.
This freezing is to ensure the safety of the remaining balance in the card, until Payoneer finds another partner to replace it, there will be a plan to handle the transfer later.
If you are using Payoneer card and have this problem, when you log in to your account on https://myaccount.payoneer.com, you will receive a huge notification. Important update regarding your Payoneer card.
Also below you will see details of your frozen card balance. Eg:
As shown in the photo above, there is 1,013.57 USD in custody, the remaining 3,297 USD can be withdrawn to a normal Vietnamese bank account.
Please note that only the card program has problems, receiving money from networks, transferring money between accounts and withdrawing money to Vietnamese banks is currently operating normally. If you don't use the card, your account should be fine. Don't worry too much.
Hopefully Payoneer will soon have a new safe and reasonable alternative so that this card program can continue to operate.
