This article BKNS will guide you how to add an email or the whole sender domain to the blacklist.
First, you log in to the Admin management page via port 4040.
After successfully logging in, we go to the Configuration (1)select Spam Filter (2)select tab Custom Rules (3) then choose Add (4)
Section (5)we need to pay attention to the following items:
Header (mail header): is divided into small options: send from (From), send to (to), cc to, .... These are the configurations to choose to block mail from the sender.
Type (block type): there are 2 options to block a specific email (first) or block all emails in 1 domain (2).
Content (content to be blocked): Here we will enter the email or domain to block. If you block by domain, you need to declare more *@domain to block all emails on that domain.
Section (6) We need to pay attention to the following items:
Treat the message as non-spam (overrides the SpamAssassin score): Mark mail as not spam (ignore SpamAssassin spam score)
Treat the message as spam and reject it: Mark mail as spam and refuse to receive mail
Add spam score to the message: Score spam for mail. This is an option that will be based on spam points to keep mail, put in Spambox or block mail.
After configuration is complete, tick Enable Rule (7) and press Apply for the server to receive the configuration. Good luck.
