Honor’s first foldable phone called Magic V is expected to officially launch in January 2022. The company has revealed the design of Magic V through a teaser video. Before the launch, reputable leaker Digital Chat Station shared the main specifications of the device.

The leaker said that the Magic V’s inner folding screen has a punch hole in the top right corner, while the outer screen has a punch hole in the center. As can be seen in the photo below, the external display is slightly curved on the right edge.

The internal and external screens of the Honor Magic V support high refresh rates, with one screen supporting 90 Hz and the other providing 120 Hz. The main camera on the back has a resolution of 50 MP.

The Honor Magic V will likely be the first foldable phone to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The device will run on Android 12 operating system, through Honor’s Magic UI interface. The battery capacity is not mentioned, but the leaker claims that the Magic V will support 66 W fast charging.
