1. Quick Guide 

At Start Menu type search and open Control Panel > Click View network status and tasks > Click on the network name you are using > Click Properties > Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 > Select Obtain an IP address automatically > Click OK . 

2. Detailed instructions 

Step 1: Open the Start Menu or press the Window key on the keyboard > Type search Control Panel and open Control Panel .

Step 2: In the Network and Internet section , click View network status and tasks .

1. Quick Guide 

At Start Menu type search and open Windows Defender Firewall > Select Windows Defender Firewall on or off > Select Turn off Windows Defender Firewall ( not recommended) > Click OK

2. Detailed instructions 

Step 1: Open the Start Menu or press the Window key on the keyboard > Type search Windows Defender Firewall and open Windows Defender Firewall .

Step 2: Select Windows Defender Firewall on or off .

Step 3: Select Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended) > Click OK .
