You connect your phone or iPad to your computer (remember to trust trusted). Then open 3uTools app> select the tab "Upgrade & JB"
Click the download button for iOS 13 beta.
Click on the "Download" icon in the upper right corner to see the download status.
After the iOS 13 and iPadOS Firmware download is completed. You access the following link to get the firmware.
